After being affected by covid 19 twice, my immunity had gone for a toss. I fell sick very frequently. This affected my physical and emotional well being. I came to know about saviyoga through my colleague and enrolled myself in the same.
In a span of three months, i found a lot of improvement in my resistance levels and mobility. I have a stiff and painful left knee as a result of a bike accident. Savitha's approach is holistic and she is very considerate towards our individual needs and tries to accommodate all those needs during the session. She encourages everyone to push a little more everyday and also listen to our bodies at the same time.
She encourages to do some chantings of some powerful holy mantras to whoever is interested, without any compulsion.
Overall, i look forward to these sessions everyday as i enjoy them thoroughly and like to push myself a little more.
